County government must live within its means. I will prioritize disciplined budgeting, responsible debt management, and transparent financial oversight to protect taxpayers.

Growth must be intentional. That means aligning development with infrastructure capacity, planning strategically for roads and emergency services, and preserving the rural character and quality of life that residents value.

District 4 includes residents in unincorporated areas within the Urban Growth Boundaries. I support intentional growth that respects property rights, protects taxpayers, and ensures transparent coordination and communication between county and municipal governments.

The Jail, Juvenile, and Justice Center projects require careful financial modeling and disciplined oversight. We must ensure public safety needs are met while maintaining fiscal sustainability.

I support keeping quality healthcare accessible and sustainable for our community while exercising responsible oversight of major county assets. Large financial decisions must be transparent, fiscally disciplined, and aligned with long-term taxpayer interests.

Public safety is a core responsibility of county government. I will advocate for and support law enforcement officers and fire and emergency services personnel who serve and protect our community.

I support modernizing county technology, improving efficiency, reducing unnecessary bureaucracy, and ensuring transparent communication with citizens.
