ABOUT MICHELLE

My family has proudly called Franklin home for nearly 25 years. My husband, Matt, and I raised two children who graduated from Williamson County Schools and are now students at the University of Tennessee. Our family has been deeply involved in school, athletics, and community life.

I am a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and earned my MBA from Belmont University’s Jack C. Massey Graduate School of Business.

Throughout my career, I have served in senior executive leadership roles focused on budgeting, governance, and financial oversight. My work centers on disciplined cost management, long-term planning, and responsible stewardship of resources.

In my executive roles, I supported board-level decision-making, including preparing compensation and financial materials for executive leadership review. This work required careful analysis, transparency, and fiscal discipline — principles that are equally important in county governance.

I have also served as president and treasurer of multiple community and civic organizations — including homeowner associations, Girl Scouts leadership, alumni associations, and local trade groups — bringing financial oversight, transparency, and sound governance to each role.

As a strong conservative, I believe government should be limited, accountable, and focused on its core responsibilities — protecting taxpayers, supporting law enforcement, and ensuring growth is intentional and financially sustainable.

I care deeply about ensuring Williamson County grows responsibly. Over the years, our leaders and taxpayers have worked hard to build strong neighborhoods, excellent schools, and a high quality of life. My children grew up here and benefited from those opportunities, and I want other families to experience the same.

The decisions we make today about infrastructure, debt, and land use will shape our community for decades. I am running to ensure those decisions are thoughtful, disciplined, and rooted in stewardship. My professional background has prepared me to analyze complex issues carefully and make disciplined, informed decisions for our community.

I am not running to create noise or headlines. I am running to serve.

Williamson County deserves steady, conservative leadership grounded in experience, integrity, and sound judgment. I will deliver that leadership for District 4 and for all of Williamson County.
